For far too many companies, not to mention individuals, integrity is an HR buzzword or the caption of a poster in the break room.
For us, it’s the non-negotiable foundation of what we do. The rule around here is: “we do the right thing because it’s the right thing.”
We tell the truth, we don’t pad invoices, we don’t offer cash discounts so that we can dodge taxes, and so on.
When you engage with us, you can trust that we are holding ourselves to a tragically uncommon standard of fair play, honesty, and social responsibility.
If we say we’ll do something, we’ll either do it or have a thoroughly legitimate reason for missing the mark. If we don’t think we can help your business, we will be clear about that and not allow an owner to burn capital on services that won’t help them.
When you decide to let us help your company, we will make the most genuine possible effort to do so. We don’t guarantee results because we can’t guarantee the future let alone your compliance with our plans, but any advice we provide will be based on what we assess to be the correct path forward for you.
Finally, we are not available even for FlexHour bookings on Sundays or outside of our 8am to 6:30pm office hours on other days. Work email accounts and phone numbers are, as a matter of strict company policy, not attended outside regular hours unless by prior agreement in special circumstances.
This policy is meant to protect family time, work-life balance, and the opportunity for observance of the Sunday Sabbath for our team and to encourage our clients to do the same. There’s work and then there’s life, and nobody dies wishing they’d spent more time at the office.
We thank you for understanding and respecting this decision on the part of our founder.
