This is where we really ‘get in there.’ We perform a deep, often multiple week, analysis of your workflow and operational performance. This often involves us coming onsite to observe the operation and workflow personally. With this tier, you will receive:
A detailed, extensive written analysis of your operations covering areas such as friction points, process redundancies, supply chain improvements, inventory management, throughput optimization, etc
Creation of a deep, actionable improvement plan which spans from immediate fixes to long term strategic recommendations.
Creation of training materials for your staff to assist with change management and transforming these insights into a resilient company culture
Onsite training workshops available for a discounted rate
Quarterly followups for two quarters included
One block of FlexHours included (8 hour block)

DeepDive
Engagements begin at $10,000 depending on industry, size, and operational complexity.
Clients who have completed an Ops Snapshot within the last 6 months are eligible for a 10% discount on DeepDives, reflecting the reduced prep work and faster delivery possible due to the recent assessment.

FlexHours allow you to have us parachute in rapidly for analysis, quick fixes, training, new initiative/policy analysis, and anything else related to your operations.
FlexHour holders ALWAYS get priority attention and scheduling on a first come, first served basis. This option allows you to functionally have an on call Ops Department without the overhead of one.
